Hosted the onboarding of entrepreneurs selected for the MTN SME Support Programme, an inclusive initiative that supports businesses from underserved groups in strengthening their enterprises, creating jobs, and contributing to local economic growth.
The MTN SME Support Programme, implemented by Innohub, makes business support more accessible to entrepreneurs often underserved by traditional business support programmes. It provides participating businesses with the resources, capacity building, and support they need to strengthen operations, grow, and create jobs.
The onboarding event marked the beginning of a new cohort’s journey, bringing participating entrepreneurs together to understand the programme, connect and prepare to make the most of the support available to them. At its heart, the programme reflects a commitment to inclusive entrepreneurship - ensuring that women, young people, the differently-abled and other underserved entrepreneurs have opportunities to build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
